Love is in the air!

Since my last two posts have been about weddings, I thought I would continue the tradition and announce that my little sister is getting married!!! We spent last week up in Heber hanging out before the girls go back to school. On the 24th of July, we spent the day swimming, we went to the Alpine Slides, we had dinner at Baja Cantina and then we watched the fireworks over Deer Creek Reservoir. During the fireworks, Bart proposed to Jaclyn and they are getting married on October 9th! We are so excited for you guys!!!

Jason and Nikki's Wedding

My one and only brother got married on Saturday. They had a really fun reception in Nikki's parents backyard. I loved the colors that she picked...everything turned out so cute! Between our family and Nikki's family, there were about 12 little kids running around just dying that they couldn't jump into the swimming pool. After the reception, the real party began when all of the kids FINALLY got to go swimming...I can't believe they lasted that long! We are so happy for you guys! Welcome to the family Nikki!

Brown Family Fun!

Since there are 7 kids in John's family, it is hard to get everyone together...however, we did a really good job this past week! The week started with the baptisms of two of John's nephews, Khiler and Dallin. I don't know how I missed getting pictures of them, but they both looked very sweet and very handsome on their baptism day. We are proud of both of you!

Next: John's sister Susan has been out in Nashville pursuing her country music dream. She is so talented! She sings, plays the guitar, the mandolin, the violin and I'm sure there are other talents that I'm not listing. She just signed her first record deal with Warner Brothers and we are so excited for her. Since she was in town with her boyfriend Andy (who also just signed a record deal with Universal Records) they put on a little concert at John's parents house. Two of their friends/fellow musicians happened to be in town as well, so they also performed at the concert.


On Wednesday, we all packed into Lance and McKenna's boat and headed to the lake to spend one last night with Susan and Andy before they headed back to Nashville.






While on the boat, Annesha made a big announcement...she and Andrew are having a baby boy on November 19th! We are so happy for you guys!

We are so lucky to have such great families and it was really fun to be able to spend so much time with them this past week!
